Our collection offers a large assortment of styles with many vibrant colors that can be worn to any special occasion.

What colors are available for my dress?

Available colors for each style are listed on the individual product pages.   Styles numbers beginning with "176" can be ordered in any LaBelle color(some restrictions may apply). What sizes are available for LaBelle dresses?

LaBelle offers sizes 0-30 in all of our styles. To better serve your sizing needs visit an authorized LaBelle retailer to be measured. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

 

What are the fabric options?

Available fabrics for each style are listed on the individual product pages. 

 

Can I order the dress shorter or longer depending on my height?

ALL styles are available to order up to 5 inches longer or shorter for your convenience, but please note that this may delay the shipping date. Contact an authorized LaBelle retailer to be measured and to place your order. (Additional charges may apply.)

 

Can I purchase a dress directly from the LaBelle Website?

LaBelle does not sell dresses online. Styles are only available through authorized LaBelle retailers. This ensures that you get the highest level of personal and professional service. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

 

How can I get a LaBelle catalog?

There are multiple ways to view and share the LaBelle collection. You can view our current catalog online by clicking the "CATALOG" tab on the Welcome bar. All of our authorized LaBelle retailers have the current LaBelle catalog in their stores as well. Also all of our styles are available to view and print online. Each dresses product information, alternative views, color options, and more are visible on the individual product pages. On the product page you can post your favorite dress to your social networking site, by using our "Share With Wedding Party" feature. You can also save your favorite dresses right from the site to your own LaBelle account to view at your convenience.

 

How do I save my favorite dresses so I can come back to them?

You can sign up for to be a LaBelle member by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger icon at the top of the webpage. Once you create an account you can then save your favorites by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger on the individual product page. All the dresses you select will be stored in your account and from there you can share your selections by email.

 

How do I find a local retailer?

Our Store Locator feature makes it easy to find an authorized retailer in your area. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar and enter your information.  If you cannot find a store near you, please contact us at inquiries@houseofwu.com with your local store of choice and we will do our best to set something up with them for you.

 

How do I know which retailers carry the dresses I like?

Any authorized LaBelle retailer can order any current style for you.  Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

 

How do I find out the price of a dress?

Only an authorized LaBelle retailer can quote a price for a dress. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

 

Do you have color swatches available?

LaBelle fabric swatches are available at our authorized Pretty Maids retailers. Colors not on the retailers swatch card can be ordered through them and take up to 6 weeks to ship. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

 

Can I buy extra fabric?

Yes, LaBelle offers fabric for order, by the yard. Please note that it is best to order your extra fabric at the same time as your dress. Fabric ordered separately cannot be guaranteed to, exactly, match your dresses dye lot. There may be a slight shade variance if the fabric is cut from a different dye lot as your dress. How long does it take for my dress to arrive?

Our LaBelle collection has a regular shipping of 13 weeks with a rush option available for your convenience (additional charges may apply). What if the dress I ordered does not fit?

LaBelle dresses are made to order. Using the LaBelle size chart and an authorized LaBelle retailer to accurately measure you is the way to ensure the best fit.
